All participants (including fashion show models and translators) and their companions wishing to attend the 39th World Federation of Master Tailors Congress MUST complete the registration and proceed with the full payment no later than June 30th, 2023.
The payment must be made within 10 days from sending the online registration and anyhow, must be received in full before June 30th, 2023. All the bank expenses should be charged to the sender.
Registration fee includes admissions to all the congress events, social functions (must be pre-selected during registration), local transportation services and all meals included in the Congress program.
Electronic copy of the group/individual registration receipt will be emailed to the group contact person/registrants 15 days prior to the congress.
In order to qualify for a refund of registration fees, the requests of cancellations must be emailed to the 2023 WFMT Registration Office prior to June 30th, 2023. All refunds are subject to a € 100,00 administration fee. Refunds will be made in Euro via bank transfer within September 2023. Any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. Accademia Nazionale dei Sartori is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a group to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond control.
No refunds can be made for the cancellations made after June 30th, 2023.
